Refunds And Exchanges
All sales are final, we apologize for the inconvenience. We do not do refunds for online orders. Also pre-orders can't be refunded due to our all sales are final policy. We except exchanges for item in stock only. When you want to exchanged for an item, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Also you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. This policy is active on February 7, 2022.
